
Harold L. Harris, CLU, ChFC
Principal
Harold graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He then went on to graduate with a Master of Business Administration degree from Roosevelt University where he was elected as a member of the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma. Harold began his insurance career as a multi-line agent in 1980 in Chicago, IL. By working in this environment he gained valuable insight into the needs of insurance producers. The following year he teamed up with Bruce Hersh with whom he later founded the insurance brokerage agency Harris-Hersh Financial Services, Ltd. Harold is focused on using his extensive product knowledge and advanced marketing resources to assist financial services professionals. He provides hands on sales assistance, insurance strategies and product consultation and selection. He received his CLU designation in 1983 and his ChFC designation in 1984. Harold is licensed in insurance for life, accident, health, casualty and variable contracts and holds his NASD series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Bruce A. Hersh, CFP
Principal
Bruce has been in insurance brokerage since 1981, directing his energies to the marketing and design of innovative solutions for advanced insurance needs. His expertise in product selection, plan design and impaired risk underwriting combined with his advanced business and industry designations enable him to provide effective insurance solutions. Bruce has been especially focused on helping to develop viable Financed Life Insurance Premium (FLIP) solutions for a major multinational insurance and financial services corporation. Bruce has helped in the design of custom built insurance products and lending programs specific to FLIP and positioned Harris-Hersh Financial Services to be the premier FLIP provider in the industry providing start to finish sales, design and underwriting support. Currently, Bruce has been working on the development and distribution of a turn key Account Receivable Financing (ARF) program for the brokerage market. This promises to be one of the fastest growing and more profitable opportunities seen in years. Bruce has a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University and has a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mark B. Brody, RHU
Associate General Agent
Mark has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry specializing in executive benefits for disability as well as case design for corporate markets and voluntary benefits for executives. He was the past president of both the Life Executive Club and Chicago Association of Health Underwriter. As a trained Entaire Global Technical Specialist, he can support your efforts in recruiting to and facilitating the Accounts Receivable sales process. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bradley University.

Eliza spent two years working as a case manager in the healthcare industry prior to joining Harris-Hersh. Eliza is responsible for maintaining commission schedules and agent compensation. She also provides agents with access to Broker Gear for follow-up on their pending case status.

After graduating from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications, Becca Spent 1 year as a Customer Service Specialist at
Zurich/Kemper Life assisting agents and clients with term and UL/VUL Products.
She is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing materials, insurance company resources and also assisting agents with illustrations and underwriting questions.

Graduating from St Norbert College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Scott spent two years at Zurich Life U.S and then five years at a national life insurance brokerage in administrative and sales capacities. He is currently responsible for running sales illustrations, assisting agents with product selection, providing product information and other sales support needs.
