Biography
James has been with Capitas Financial for more than 20 years. As the Director of Private Wealth for Pacific Southwest Financial, a partner firm of Capitas Financial, James works closely with Financial advisors to assist them in the implementation of insurance-based solutions for their high net worth clients. He has helped advisors place well over 10 billion dollars for future delivery
As a firm believer in the core/spoke model, James is well versed in the core competency of life insurance as well as ancillary lines such as life settlements, disability insurance, income planning(annuities), long term care and critical illness.
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, James holds the Life and Annuity Certified Professional designation from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He has qualified for the Capitas Earner Club (Sales Leader of the Year) every year.
A lover of travel, some of his favorite places are Ljubljana, Dubrovnik, Halifax, Vancouver Island, and Hawaii. James is a long time resident of Santa Monica, loves a good bottle of wine and the conversation that goes with it.
