Biography
Steve Dzubay graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and also holds the CLU® and ChFC® designations from the American College. He entered the insurance business in 1988 as a producer working with life insurance and mutual funds. In 1992, Steve joined Interchange Brokerage Services as a Marketing Consultant.
In 2000, Steve left Interchange to start up an insurance brokerage and broker dealer working with 22 of the largest 60 accounting firms in the country. As Director of Insurance Marketing, Steve led the development of marketing initiatives, product and business development, as well as participated in large case consultation and joint case work with the field.
Steve returned to Interchange, now Capitas Financial Midwest, in 2004 as Senior Vice President and Director of National Accounts. In 2014, he became President when he purchased the ownership rights of Interchange and ownership shares of Capitas Financial, LLC, thus keeping Interchange in the Capitas family.
